The BC Paralegal Association (the “Association”) announces that Elizabeth Kollias has resigned from her roles as President and Director. While recognizing her time on the Board, the Association is taking this opportunity to move forward with strengthened leadership and a clear path ahead.
The Board remains steadfast and effervescent in its confidence in the strength of its leadership team. As we navigate this transition, details regarding the Association’s Annual General Meeting will be shared with members in the coming months.
Change inevitably brings uncertainty; however, the Board is unequivocal in its direction, unified purpose, and commitment to advancing the profession with integrity, collaboration, and purpose.
Today, the Board is extremely proud to announce the appointment of our new leadership team, as follows:
- Rosina Jagore, President & Director of Growth and Development
- Jemma Paynter, First Vice President & Director of Finance and Career Opportunities
- Courtney Burnett, Second Vice President & Director of Communications & Governance
- Terry Becker, Registrar & Director of Education & Regulatory Affairs
- Dimple Ramasamy, Director of Professional Development
This transition marks an exciting opportunity for renewed vision and continued progress as we work together towards regulation, supporting the legal community and upholding the highest standards of professional excellence.
